Chrisman Mill Vineyards proudly presents “fuego”, our bold, new wood-fired dining, CLEAN eating experience, infusing Latin-American and Argentinian-inspired dishes, all hand-prepared with LOCALLY-SOURCED, ALL-NATURAL and ORGANIC ingredients.
Pair our wonderful dishes with our award-winning Chrisman Mill Wine selections, Hummingbird Ridge Distillery spirits, specialty cocktails, and locally-renowned desserts, all presented in the open-air setting of our vineyards. Fuego at Chrisman Mill Vineyards aims to stir your old world wanderlust and fulfill your yearning for a relaxing, HEALTHY local dining and drinking experience.

Missimati all-natural Bayou rice from a single farm in Mississippi with Organic black beans with fresh herbs

All meats are prepared over an authentic Argentinian Wood-Fired Grill (Parilla).

½ Organic Chicken, provided by Farmer Joe (Salbisa, Kentucky)
